Story
The year is 2400 AD by the Earth calendar. The Terran States are fragmented into several factions, the primary two being the People's Republic of Ares and United Earth. Though they struggle to agree on much, they did agree to working together to assist in the constructionist and establishment of COMPASS. COMPASS is a massive space station positioned in the Helix Nebula that serves as United Nations of space, where representatives from all major nations can meet to work out galactic issues.
Mechanics
* The more species your nation has the more their species advantages and disadvantages will average out.
* There are currently no rules regulating advantages, but admins or mods will be checking for balance manually.
